Zest for Life is a crisp, citrus-forward White IPA that drinks easy and finishes bright. Built on a base of unmalted wheat and Red Collar’s house Belgian yeast, it’s lightly spiced with coriander, adding a subtle zest. Layered with dried orange and grapefruit, and dry-hopped with Mandarina Bavaria and Callista for expressive citrus aromatics. Light, refreshing, unfiltered, and naturally carbonated; with a zesty edge that lives up to its name.
